Creating Custom Cluster

Cluster are groups of addresses which have been identified to be owned or controlled by the same individual or entity. This can be determined via various clustering methodologies such as the well known co-spend heuristic.

During an investigation, the user may identify multiple addresses and/or clusters which are linked for a variety of reasons. In such a situation, the user may want to manually group together said addresses and/or clusters in order to better represent the relationship on the board.

Within Tracker, once a user has multi selected a number of addresses and/or clusters, they can rely on our "Create Supercluster" feature on the tool bar in order to create a customer cluster.

Once selected, a prompt will appear which allows the user to provide the custom cluster with a custom name.

Once the custom cluster has been created, the selected addresses and/or clusters will be placed in a blue circle surrounded by a dotted line to indicate that this is a custom cluster.

Users may double click the custom cluster to expand and collapse it.
