Download Manager

In assist users with managing their exports, Tracker has a built in Download Manager that can be assessed via the following:

All file and image exports are automatically processed and stored in the Download Manager. This centralized location allows users to easily access past exports and helps bypass potential download restrictions on their devices or email clients.

Important: Exported files are retained in the Download Manager for up to 7 days only.

For larger exports, downloads may take some time to process. Users can monitor the progress directly within the Download Manager. In cases where the file size is exceptionally large—such as when performing a full export of an address—the system will automatically break the export into categorized segments. These segmented files will become available for individual download once each is complete.
